whimsy at play

So this was kind of my brother's idea, but he fell asleep before I even got to my profile. When is it exactly that people start calling it late instead of early, or the other way around? Its now the hour of magic as I am writing. I would say it's early, but it could be either.I have to get up in a few hours so I should probably try to rest some. Although, no one actually believes I sleep anyways. lol
