Today I went to Michael's with my mom and bought some super sculpey. I used to use the regular kind, but I've found that the super sculpey bakes nicer. My brother just discovered that it's sculpey rather than sculpty. I used to think so too, but I was set straight. In any case, I'm really happy about this particular box of clay because it's nice and firm. the last box I bought was too soft and therefore useless to me. I probably sound picky, but in order to get good detail the clay needs to be somewhat resistant. You can tell because the clay will feel kind of stale. If you still can't tell, try kneading it some. If it wiggles too much when it's stretched thin then it's no good. so I have good clay and I am happy.
On another note entirely, my brother just got the new sims and we've already made one. It takes such a long time; i had forgotten how much time that game takes up. There're so many things you can do with just the face alone .... Anyways I'm going to see if I can't get some more play time in before I move back to campus for the summer.
